What Hallucine is
Hallucine is an AI-powered photo editing service that lets you place yourself into inspiration photographs. Results are AI-generated and may not be perfect.
Acceptable use
You may only use your own likeness or someone else's with their explicit permission. You must not use Hallucine to create non-consensual intimate imagery, harass or impersonate others, create fraudulent content, or generate images involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
Payments & refunds
Generations cost ₹25 (or equivalent in your currency). Failed generations are not charged. Successful generations that you dislike are not eligible for automatic refunds, but you can report problems for review. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Content ownership
You retain rights to your uploaded photos. Generated outputs are for your personal use. We retain no ownership of generated images but reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve our service.
Limitation of liability
Hallucine is provided "as is." AI generation quality may vary. We are not responsible for how you use generated images.
